These terms apply to your use of the GoldAstro website, product information and support links. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Website use

You may browse the website and use its documentation for legitimate development purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy the website for misleading purposes or misrepresent GoldAstro products as your own work.

Products and purchases

Product purchases, delivery and refunds are handled through the Roblox Creator Store. Roblox's Creator Store Terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain in effect. Product prices, availability and features may change.

Product use

Products are licensed, not sold outright. Use is governed by the GoldAstro Product Licence together with the applicable Roblox terms. Ownership of the original product and its source remains with GoldAstro.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing scripts before using them, testing products in your own experience, keeping project backups and complying with Roblox rules and applicable law. Configuration and compatibility depend on your project and changes you make.

Support and updates

Reasonable support may be provided for the product as supplied. Support does not include unrelated custom development, third-party code or changes made outside the documented setup unless separately agreed. Updates may be changed, paused or discontinued.

Responsibility for loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astro is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, lost revenue or project interruption caused by use or misuse of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
